Some appetizer, soup and salad menu highlights include: jumbo lump Crab Louis, tender Braised Short Rib, creamy Lobster Bisque and special Valentine’s salad—fresh mixed greens tossed in balsamic dressing topped with pecans, asparagus, chopped pear, craisins and feta cheese crumbles.

Entrée selections are: succulent Broiled Lobster Tails with drawn butter, pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass Florentine topped with Alaskan king crab, prime center-cut filet Beef Stephanie (baked in fine pastry and topped with béarnaise sauce), Herb Rubbed Prime Rib aged for 28 days, herb marinated Oven Roasted Chicken, and seared Veal Oscar topped with Alaskan king crab, béarnaise and asparagus.
